Johnny Gregorio is a multifamily real estate investor and operator with over 14 years of experience spanning acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, development, and property operations. Prior to co-founding the firm, Johnny served as Senior Vice President at Eagle Rock Advisors, where he directly oversaw a 6,000-unit multifamily portfolio valued at approximately $2.0 billion. His responsibilities included portfolio strategy, budgeting, capital planning, operational oversight, fundraising support, investor relations, and development initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Johnny has led or supported more than $4.0 billion of multifamily acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to Eagle Rock, Johnny served as an Asset Manager and member of the Executive Committee at GoldOller Real Estate Investments, where he oversaw a $1 billion multifamily portfolio across the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast and played an active role in corporate strategy, development, and third-party management growth initiatives. He began his career at Morgan Properties supporting construction, facilities, purchasing, and corporate operations across a large institutional multifamily portfolio. Johnny earned a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Ryan Evans is a multifamily real estate investor and operator with 10 years of experience across acquisitions, asset management, and operational strategy. Prior to co-founding the firm, Ryan worked at Tishman Speyer, where he most recently served as Director of Asset Management overseeing a portfolio of operating businesses at Rockefeller Center focused on strategic planning, capital allocation, and value creation initiatives. Prior to that role, he managed a 1.4 million square foot office portfolio in the Tri-State area, helping lead refinancing, disposition, and repositioning initiatives across multiple assets.

Before Tishman Speyer, Ryan spent four years at Eagle Rock Advisors, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm with approximately $1.5 billion of assets under management at the time. During his tenure, he oversaw a 2,400-unit multifamily portfolio across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, driving operational and capital initiatives that consistently exceeded underwriting expectations. Prior to transitioning into asset management, Ryan worked on the acquisitions team, where he focused on financial underwriting, market analysis, and transaction diligence for prospective multifamily investments.

Ryan received his MBA with distinction from the USC Marshall School of Business and holds dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sport Management from Syracuse University.
